That's one thought, but not on point---the question was "can urine be used as a fuel?"  Watching a fire hose in action illustrates that one must hang on tight or run the risk of being flailed about.  Thus there must be some limit to the pressure generated  by the bladder in order to have a *stable* reaction engine.
