Flow Conversion

I would like to know the basic steps to convert a "normal flow" of air
eg. 45Nm3/min, to an actual flow: 100 degrees celsius and maybe under
pressure(3 bar). Is it just the Ideal Gas Law or does density and
other variables have to be considered?
