Paying for it (was Re: Classes of transcendental number, continued fractions, diophantine approximations)

When I want to read an article, if the university library doesn't have 
it, then (fortunately for me) the library will get it for me from some 
other library, at no charge to me. If the library does have the article, 
I can read it at the library, or I can photocopy it at the library with 
my department bearing the cost of the photocopying.
