Well, well, well :-) this brings us to
"is lack of 'to be' irregular"?

I know lots of languages that don't have
a verb 'to be', nor 'to have'. In fact,
thinking back... 1970... yes, when I
was scouring beautiful downtown Espiritu
Santo (well, downtown was restricted
to Luganville, but a fine place it was)
no... let me rephrase that... scouring
beautiful uptown Mafea, Aore, Lorediakarkar
and so on for Swadesh wordlists, not
one, not one of those %$@@## languages
had a 'to be' or even a miserly 'to have'.

Alas, poor Yorick. The miserable fuckers
had no question about it! Aarrgggh!
