Hi, In an English text (written by a German company) the following sentence gives med difficulties as to how to construe: The property will be accounted for by the special purpose company. The text is a tender where a big company offers to build and lease a building/property. A special purpose company will be founded, in order to do most of the job. I wonder if "will be accounted for" could imply that this special company will be bookkeeping the property? Regards, Elisabeth
