FR-EN Legal - Urgent

I'm dealing with a text that contains some provisions relating to succession 
formalities
in France.

Does anyone have good translations for "acte de notoriété" and "extrait d'intitulé
d'inventaire" , usable for either US (preferably) or UK ?  I know what they mean, but
would like to avoid having to go into a lengthy description.
