Re: Japanese -> Englisch Website Translation?

I need to browse auctions.yahoo.co.jp - looking for japanese automotive
stuff. So a rather bad machine translation would be ok anyway.

http://babelfish.altavista.com http://www.infoseek.co.jp/Honyaku http://www.worldlingo.com/products_services/worldlingo_translator.html

just paste in the web address and let it translate.

While you're bidding for auctions on Yahoo! Japan, look for:
  Fujitsu ATLAS
  http://software.fujitsu.com/jp/atlas/

  ??!!??
  http://ai2you.com/goma/index.asp

eg. these auctions:
http://search.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/search/auc?p=%CC%F5%A4%BB%21%21%A5%B4%A5%DE&auccat=0&alocale=0jp&acc=jp

The Yakuse! Goma (Translate! Sesame) and ATLAS programs integrate directly into Internet Explorer on your PC, and will allow you to translate anything you see in Japanese into English w/o using a web page translator program.

They also act as stand-alone translators, so you can have Word documents, text, and so forth translated right on your PC w/o going online.

ATLAS is a touch better at the translations, but given the killer price, Yakuse! Goma is the better buy for most people.
