I assume the book is still virtually worthless for Japanese learners (i.e. is basically just a kanji dictionary arranged by grade level which tries to pass itself off as a kanji learning book)? What someone really needs to revise is A Manual of Japanese Reading and Writing -- that is an incredible book that should at least be updated to have the current 1006 grade school kanji, and would be even better if they expanded it or made a 2nd part to cover the entire Jouyou list. -Chris
