(B> In your world, it may be. I am sure many ESLers are in wonder quietly.

(BCindy, Cindy, Cindy. It seems that my criticism of your criticism (actually
(Bit wasn't so much your "criticism" as your own professed "love of
(Bcriticism") of American culture and your misunderstanding of certain aspects
(Bof it has really gotten to you. How unfortunate.
(B
(BAs Jim pointed out, he misspelled a word (I'll give him the benefit of the
(Bdoubt and assume that was just a typo). He also left out a comma which, as
(Byou can see from my own posts, is fairly common when typing quick messages,
(Be-mails, etc. (Not that that is any excuse really.) Otherwise, his "English"
(B(the words he chose) was just fine. Had he spoken the same sentence (no
(Bspelling or punctuation), it would have been just fine, even if not a model
(Bof clarity.
(B
(BAnd I must admit, I'm having a difficult time reconciling your fondness for
$B$*$/$f$+$7$$(B (that's a virtue in Japanese culture but presumably not in
(BAmerican culture is it?) with your fondness for pointing out the errors of
(Bothers and your sarcastic tone toward those who have disagreed with you or
(Bpointed out your errors in the past. No, I don't agree with a lot of
(Bopinions that you hold about American culture, and yes I have taken you to
(Btask on some of those in the past. But the way you address people who
(Bdisagree with you is just plain childish. I think it is downright funny that
(Byou expend so much energy tossing around all this psycho-babble all the time
(Bin this NG, as if you have figured out yourself and the whole world
(B(particularly American culture), without even realizing how downright
(Bchildish you are yourself, both in your understanding of the world around
(Byou, and the way you communicate with others in this NG.
