Congratulations.  I couldn't even register (that's an intimidating bunch
of questions, isn't it?).  I saw the link for foreign residents to
register, but it wouldn't come up for me.  Zannen, ne.

Using Opera 7.23 and wanted to see if it might be a version difference
you're having, but can't help.

Having read Paul's excellent advice, I restarted Opera which I had
closed, and it went right to the car info.  I must be registered as a
non-overseas resident.  :-)
