TV Japan on dish network satellite 119?

I asked in the echostar groups but thought I may find more subscribers 
here. Can anyone see TV Japan on satellite 119? I know 61.5 and 184 are the 
usual ones (out of my line of sight), but customer service said its now 
available on 119. I am in texas. thanks.
