MPEG editor(Urgent)

Hi there
I am trying to read one MPEG file, and get
the DCT coefficients from each macroblocks,
motion compensation vectors etc.
and do some little modification and write the blocks
back into the mpeg file,
Is there any existing C source code or library that I can use?
