Actually, it doesn't.
Your title is so long that in my newsreader, with my setup,
I can't see the whole title in the list of articles without
changing the column width, nor can I see the whole title
when reading the article, without having to scroll.

You'd be better off using a concise subject, repeating
it in the article text if necessary, and expanding on
the subject in the article body.
