Re: USB to serial adapter: Mapsource won't find it..

My adapter shows up as COM 2 on the control panel. I run Mapsource select
"Open from Serial GPS" Serial Port = COM 2, Baud Rate= 115200

Try to down/upload: it fails.

I unplug the USB "Bing Bong"

I plug in the USB "Bong Bing"

I try the up/down load...it just works. No changes in the settings or
control panel indications, but it works.
