Let me introduce you to a concept that's been around a while.  Binary
newsgroups.  They help ISPs adjust their traffic, they help you keep
your ISP.  Cool, eh?  Look at your newsgroups and go for alt.binaries
and then see which . suits your pic.  Go to your regular newsgroup and
tell everyone where you've left it.  Roundabout, but that's how it;s
done.  Or go to Yahoo, start a group, put the pic in the files area
and same as above.  When done, disolve the Yahoo groups and everyone's
happy.
