That sort of info seems available here: http://www.ulrichsweb.com/ulrichsweb/ but it's not free. It sounds to me really strange that such basic data are covered by commercial interests. Impact factors etc. are obviously not freely available. But peer-reviewed vs. non-peer-reviewed and country of publication should be more accessible, IMHO. >Best regards from J.J.
