Green? Where have you been?  It's gold and red and blue and greenish white
and changes color when you tilt it sideways.  Hold it under black light and
bold orange letters declare "The Joke's On You!".  Well, you *did* get the
"funny" part right (at least, that's what global currency markets seem to
think at the moment).
