        The world's oceans are about 200m sq km , so a 3meter rise
would mean 600mcum of water to be stored in lakes .
Dig 300 meters and the area of lakes is just 200,000sq km , even less
after refilling Aral sea etc.
        Would turn vast areas fertile.
