TV picking up stray UHF signals

My TV is acting as an antenna and picking up UHF signals that are
interfering with the cable signal.  The picture has very faint lines
appearing diagonally across the screen almost as if the horizontal hold was
out of sync.

Does anyone has any idea how to filter out the UHF signal.
