Using multiburst from a Leitch generator, and a pair of timed cables,
one with a single foot of RG-59 (and with an alternate single foot of
8281, for comparison) into two channels of a Tek 2445 scope. Subtract
one channel from the other, and with the 1 foot length of 8281 in
place, null the differential as much as possible. Then replace the 1
foot of 8281 with 1 foot of RG-59, and observe the differential.
