RF Study

I am looking for someone in the St. Louis area to perform an extensive RF
study at our studio.  I am having tremendous problems with TI on my 4.1m
dishes.  The 6.5m isn't having any problems, probably due to the gain of the
antenna.  Anyway, I am seeing what appears to be Radar scans every 10
seconds for about 2hrs straight then it stops.  I need someone with the
correct gear to document this anomaly so I can take my case to the FCC.
