Most likely the deflection yoke was displaced, or infact damaged.  You
should take the set to a service centre that is familiar with your set, to
give you an estimate for repairs.  This is not something, I think you can do
yourself.  There is high voltages in the areas where the yoke has to be
checked.

I have a GE Model #27GT613 and it was dropped on it's side, the picture is
now off of the screen. Not completely off, the picture is too big for the
screen. If I'm watching a football game I can't see the score, it's off of
the screen.

Any help would be appreciated.
