I've had the opposite experience with Panasonic UK (don't know if you're in
the UK...?) - on a couple of occasions I've contacted them by using the
"Email Us" form in the Support section of the www.panasonic.co.uk website,
and got a helpful reply within a matter of hours, with more helpful
followup by email.
