We're moving to the country and although cable television is available in my area, it's not available at my property due to the very rocky terrain and that fact that it would be expensive to bury. The cable company isn't ready to come to my property yet. Anyway, I figure I'll be using satellite tv, and since I don't have any experience with it, I have a number of questions: 1. does anyone have positive (or negative) experiences with particular providers? 2. How do I bring in the satellite cable (from the dish) and also bring in at least one security camera line? 2a. If I'm serving televisions at 4 locations, maybe a 5th, in the house, should I get 5 receivers, or is there a better way? 2b. If I want to tune in and check the security camera(s), how would I cable that so that I could view them? Bear in mind that I'm hoping that the 4 locations wont have to watch the same program, but that we can watch at least 2 different programs simultaneously, at the 4 locations. How hard would this be to set up? rf-modulators; will they be involved? What's the easiest way to set something like this up?
