A TV is too complex to guess at. There are many things that can cause this type of fault. You should first get a qualified service shop to do an estimate, and tell you how much it will cost to service. There is a chance that the fix may be much cheaper than spending many hundreds on a new set. -- Greetings, Jerry Greenberg GLG Technologies GLG ========================================= WebPage http://www.zoom-one.com Electronics http://www.zoom-one.com/electron.htm ========================================= "Max" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message news:[EMAIL PROTECTED] My TV is giving me some grief....it starts (sometimes) and after a while the picture fades to black. And tonight, there was no picture at all...black screen. Tried different video connections, no luck. Does anyone know if this might be an easy (i.e. cheap) fix? Or should I get a new TV?
