fidelity television

Please can anyone telll me how to tune in this television.Has a menu on
remote but only comes up with channel no's on screen.there is no auto tune
or enter or searc fuction coresponding to the chanel no's very confusing
spent hours trying to work it out? Please help......It is a model ctb 3321
