The power supply will require service.  It may also be not working because
something else failed and damaged it, or it is in the protect mode, due to a
failure.

This is something you would not be able to service yourself. These sets are
complex to service, and require the proper training, tools, and service
information to work on.

I would suggest that you call their authorized service rep to give you an
estimate.
