The English version had a line or two inserted, and broke a reference ... at least the formulae in columns D, E, I, J were marked as "Err". No problem, fixed it with cut and paste from the Dutch version. Also had to change one absolute value, I$99 to I$100 if I recall correctly. It all seems clear now. The only thing I would change is to lockout everything except the data variables. Possibly, on your original, the formulae were not allowed to be changed either; but that very well may have been lost in the conversion from Excel to Quatro Pro. Back when I first got a color monitor, I did a spread sheet layout of a survey field book with the blue horizontal lines and red vertical lines to show the 25 rows and 6 columns on the left page. I also reproduced the headers. Had it set up for three wire leveling. Looked pretty, but my formulae were not as good as yours and it ran too slowly so I dumped it. That was two hard drives ago. Thanks for posting the program translation. -- Richard ...
