Re: Uk Careers?????

Maths for Map Makers by Arthur Allan
Start on Page one adding simple numbers, end on the last page doing least
squares adjustments.

I purchased a copy 3 years ago as a reference book, well worth every penny.,
I use it with my trainee surveyors

excerpt from Amazon.co.uk

a.. Paperback 306 pages (September 1997)
a.. Publisher: Whittles Publishing; ISBN: 1870325915

This work should help anyone who has problems with the mathematics involved
in map making
The book should be found useful to students of geography, cartography,
surveying, civil engineering and photogrammetry. It is also suitable for
anyone, in industry or academia, who requires a reference work on the
mathematics involved in map making

No connection to either the publishers or the author, credit were credit is
due, a good book, laid out in simple terms.
