Yes, registered means recorded in the Registry Offiice, Ontario's depository of cadastral plans and relevant deeds, mortgages and other instruments. It is not necessary to register all survey activity so the marking of a perimeter can be "un-registered" if no transfer or division of land takes place, and a plan is not necessarily produced if the client deems it unwanted.
