If I understand you, you have a group of survey data representing field
observations.
If this is true, then it's sorta "Connect the dots" to draw the map
representing the
collected field data.  A point importer to some cad software is necessary or
one
may do it by hand and plot the data by X,Y position and label the result.
Attach the data and I will look at it.  I can then better explain how to
proceed.
