Any surveyor worth his salt should be able to do this....... Look in some of your survey texts or Google it.... for (DMD) Double Meridian Distance methods... should give you exactly what you need. You'll have to have a nice note pad (we used to use accountant style 10 column 'green sheets'...... If you're still lost check back here and I'll try to explain further.
