SDR to FBK format

We recently migrated our AutoCad (R14) from Windows 98 to XP to find that
the conversion facility for our data collectors does not work.  Instead of
upgrading to AutoCad 2004, it seems that there ought to be some other
conversion utility we could buy for less.  Anyone know of any?
