You are dead on, these files are very model-specific, even changing with
different versions of the controller software.  And yes, the goal would be
to extract processing information that can be used later, for example, to
correlate CD and overlay results with related stepper settings, as well as
with external factors not within the scope of the stepper itself.

I have had to work on these files in the past, with mixed success, and I
would like to try out some new parsing software on this task.  I've done
some toy examples, but was interested in trying some real-life data, that's
all.
