Low NOX Burners cause erratic Flame Scanner Signals ?

I recently heard of a plant in Bayport that was having
problems with their flame scanners seeing the flame on low
Nox burner tips.  Anyone have more information on this?  I
am looking at installing new low NOx burners on some
incinerators.
