Thank God for a broad education. You'd better consult your pocket
encyclopedia before denegrating Belarus. I did a quick search just now
based on nothing but general knowledge shows that Belarus, as a former
Soviet Republic, was a nuclear power until 1996 when they voluntarily
gave up the weapons. So as for the technical development of Belarus,
anyone, sans arrogance and ignorance, would have respect for a country
that could blow the shit out of anyone else whenever they have the
inclination.
