Hi!

Thank you. Some of the books are already on my desk (we had an assignment
about THERAC-25 so I read Levenson's book). I read Perrows book a couple of
years ago, thank you for reminding me of that one.

I took my bachleor degree in system analysis 7 years ago and due to
unemployment at the moment I decided to take classes to get a master degree.
I did read a lot of litterature in the subject 7 years ago. I guess that
some litterature is still "valid" but that there has been at least some new
findings in the research.

Your suggestion for subject souinds interesting. I'll look into that as
well. Now I have some suggestions to discuss with my co-writer.
