Textile machines.
The name of machine can be:
verifying machine.
The tissue moves from one coil -big- in the rear of the machine,
toward the operator that have two target:
1) make a new coils of lower lenght, as per order received..
   To obtain that he program the desired lenght on a meter-counter
ande the tissue will stop at right lenght (then: packing)
2) In front of the operator the tissue pass on a panel similar to a
table whic is back-lighted. Th operator must identify any defect
in the tissue and note it.

That is the standard machine: for lighting is used fluorescent tubes,
G.E. manufactirer.
Now my customer wil produce a new machine for tube tissue,
so cannot put wires for the lamps. 
I think that he know that someone competitor in Germany is using
similar system and ask to me to find in the market (all the people
come to me only for 'special purpose'..^__^)
That is the problem. That I am not able to solve.
