I suppose we are on the same page HOPING they would work, however,
while you might find this site's posting of the article compelling, I
find it likely NOT accurate, Hence the disclaimer on the DOE site
"Publications Disclaimer
Caveat Emptor ("Let the buyer beware")
FEMP is aware that some New Technology Demonstration Program
publications have been altered, without DOE consent, and distributed
to readers as genuine DOE reports. There are private Web sites that
have copied FEMP reports from the FEMP and national laboratory Web
sites. If the Web site you are reading does not have a ".gov" address,
then the document may not be an official publication.
The problem of altered DOE publications is not limited to the
Internet. FEMP is also aware that some NTDP publications, including
Federal Technology Alerts, have been modified and reprinted. In some
cases, it is very difficult to determine which publications are
genuine and which have been altered. If you have any doubts whether or
not the FEMP publication you have is genuine, visit the FEMP Web site
to view the publication or to request a genuine copy from the DOE
Clearinghouse (1-800-363-3732)
www.eren.doe.gov/femp/prodtech/newtechdemo.html).
Neither DOE nor the national laboratories imply endorsements of either
the technology or the technology provider. Those who claim DOE, FEMP,
or national laboratory endorsements are incorrect. "
Since my own personal experience with them showed little or no
improvment (not formal testing, just a period of time 30 days scale
untreated to 30 days with the magnets) and a visual inspection. The
scale LOOKED to be just as bad with or without the magnets. Both
required chemical cleaning of the surfaces and adhesion seemed
identicle.
I can see where magnetic fields such as within a MRI unit arraging the
electrons in a uniform path could have an affect, however, as soon as
the MRI is shut down the electrons once agian begin bouncing in a
random motion. This is probably a good thing or folks undergoing an
MRI would likely only be able to walk north or south :)
I have heard more smoke and mirror theories about this than I can
shake a stick at. The last one stated that the realignment process
broke the barb off the calcium molecules rendering them smooth so they
could not stick. There were DOE and MIT reports on that one as well.
If you are 100% correct and it has been perfected, you are the
unwitting soul who will have to fight litterally hundreds of bogus
claims before you ever came into contact with me. That is the hazard
of the internet sir, and NOTHING on the internet should be thought to
be true unless sound science can be found and publications on the
internet are not sound science.
