        It's incredibly freaking lame if, as you propose, they don't
have the licenses needed to install the systems they sell.  In fact,
it defies belief.  In fact, you're full of shit.

        Understand something about licensing - there's no magic to it.
You study, you meet the requirements to sit for the test, you take and
pass the test, you pay the fees to be insured, etc, and you're good to
go.  If you're installing equipment that requires plumbing, you make
sure at  least one employee of your company has or gets the needed
license.  If you can't do that, you hire someone who does, and
compensate him for letting the company work under his license.  It
just ain't that hard.

        For an HVAC company installing GSHP systems to not have
someone on staff who can pumb them up, or not be able to sub a plumber
and guide him to completetion, defies belief.

        So I say you're full of shit.

        I'm not going to call them , and I don't believe you.

        What I believe is that you're such a huge pain in the ass to
deal with, no one wants to work for you.  That's what I believe.

        I dealt with a few know-it-all DIY's like you, and I walked
out on them, telling them to go call someone who was willing to deal
with their bullshit.

        I can see clearly that you are one of those.
