Went to Trane and had them recommend a dealer/installer. We contacted that dealer who
then
later switched us over to Carrier. That dealer installer installed the units.

Perhaps it is different in Tennessee that where you are. They said they don't do the
plumbing, they are not licensed to do plumbing. A licenced plumber has to do the
plumbing, and
I could find none that could or would do it. Had the original one out there and the
HVAC
people met him to tell him how to do it, and he walked out saying he just could not
understand
it.

If you don't believe me, feel free to give them a call. Mann Heating And Air.

That is not what happened. I don't think it is possible to even purchase an HVAC unit
unless
you are a dealer.

They are actually Carrier units, but Carrier said they are made by Climate Masters. We
originally wanted Trane, but although the equipment was ordered in December of last
year, come
April, they still could not deliver, so Mann Heating and Air asked if they could
substitute
the Carrier equipment instead, and as we were told it would be at least another month,
we said
ok.
