        What it is, is some engineer who decided to DIY, and is trying
to get us to tell him what went wrong.  His shit about how he paid $
15,000 and then decided to just pay out the contractors for incomplete
work because he's afraid of liens is the biggest bunch of shit
anyone's tried to pass off here in a long time.

        What most likely happened, if there were any contractors
involvved at all, is he was such a pain in the ass, the contractors
told him to F off.  otherwise, he's just another DIY'r.
