your observations are in accordance with ISO 3664:2000,
Annex C "Recommendations for viewing conditions for judging and exhi-
biting photographs":

Photo Prints (Judging): ISO P1, but the correlated CT as low as 2800K
if tungsten sources are used.
Photo Prints (Exhibiting): ISO P1, as above, illuminance level as low
as 375 lux.

If this is OK then I would like to ask why all these subtle von Kries
and Bradford corrections are compulsory in the ICC specs.

The other question: should I CORRECT prints in order to compensate 
expected lower color temperatures in an exhibition ?
I´m reading from the ISO specs that this is not necessary. Once printed
and checked by D50, then it doesn´t matter whether the actual CT is 
much lower.
