There are many structural engineers that do calculations and design of
formwork for contractors that specialize in concrete construction.  What you
need to do is contact one of these.  They will have answers you request
right at hand.  Concrete is fluid when poured and you will be able to use
equivalent fluid pressure based on the liquid concrete density.
