A flat concrete section could just have a wire mesh in it. A vertical wall
could be concrete only. To make a shape with concrete bend re-bar. A 10' or
20' length of re-bar is flexible. Re-bar spacing of 18"...

How about thick vertical walls with just enough concrete for sand binding
and a roof of PVC pipe laid side by side and sealed.
