If you are talking about horse, cow, sheep, chicken, turkey, swine, the
answer is YES.  Toss into a compost pile, add soil and a few months later
you will have a rich dressing to spread around your garden plants, be they
vegetables or flowers.

If you are talking about human, heat must be added to kill the intestinal
bacterium first.  Possible the best way to use it is to dry it into
briquettes and use it as fuel.  It may give off an, ahem, aroma.
