Genetic Interference and siRNA

Hello,
   Recently, I have been involved with researching up to date information on
advancements in Genetic Interference. I'm quite new to the concept, and I
needed help and expertise of people on the newsgroup.
Please find the time to suggest helpful reading material, published articles
and books related to present day advancements in RNAi and the role of siRNA
in this technology.

Anything would help....names of schools actively involved, researchers and
