I am a naive member to this group. I have to model a transient thermal problem. My problem involves constant updating of the surface on which the load is applied for every time step, (1) Is there any way ansys could delete the elements crossing the matls melting point?

Heat flux is available as a post processing quantity. What exactly do you need to know?(3) also i would like to know 3 dimensional heat flux inside the material so that i could update the new surface with the elements in z removed in addition to the x and y axis elements
