That's sort of the idea. Gobs of excess heat in the summertime, find a use for it. TIG welders are great :), but cheap, compatible, mag drive pumps are a different story. I don't use a lot of AC in the summer, but that's just cause I'm cheap *grin*. I have a soaker hose running along the ridge of the house from front to back. I have a thermostat in the top attic which trickles water along the roof when the temp gets very high. A better adsorbent/refrigerant combination is the holy grail for me :) K.
