There is most likely a thermo sensitive component in either the power
supply, or one of the scan circuits that is going off value when the set
reaches near or at its operating temperature.  With proper troubleshooting
this can be found and serviced.

I have a Sanyo that goes through POST comes on fine works for a few
minutes then shuts off. Yes, I have checked to make sure it isn't the
sleep timer, any other suggestions would be appreciated. It also isn't
"loss of signal power off" I have it hooked to cable. Thanks...Later
